We review your CAD file for printability in Chitubox (our slicing software). We check wall thickness, support placement, orientation, and tolerance feasibility. If we spot any issues, we'll flag them and suggest fixes. Then we calculate the exact volume, apply your quantity tier pricing, and send you a detailed quote.

Once you approve the quote and send payment, we schedule your print. We calibrate our Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra printer, prepare the resin, and print your parts. After printing, we perform a detailed quality inspection using precision calipers and pin gauges. Every batch is documented with an inspection report showing measurements against your CAD specs.
