Design Review & File Preparation

· We review your STL/CAD file in Chitubox for printability, orientation, and support placement.

· Identify potential issues: thin walls, unsupported features, dimensional challenges.

· Flag critical surfaces that must be support-free; recommend orientation for best accuracy.

· Provide feedback before quoting—no surprises later.

Batch Verification & Final Inspection
First-Article Inspection (FAI)

· Calibrate the build platform of our 3d printers and resin vat before every production run.

· Verify layer height (0.05mm), exposure settings, and material flow.

· Document calibration parameters in production log.

· Print parts using validated parameters and material (ABS-like resin).

· Monitor print progress; pause and inspect if anomalies detected.

· Clean parts post-print (IPA rinse, UV cure if applicable).

· Measure critical dimensions on first part(s) using precision calipers (±0.01mm resolution) and pin gauges for small holes.

· Compare against your design specs and tolerance requirements.

· Document all measurements in inspection report.

· If FAI passes: proceed to batch verification. If issues found: halt, investigate, adjust, and re-print.

· Sample 10–15% of batch parts (random selection).

· Measure critical dimensions on each sample.

· Verify surface finish, color consistency, and structural integrity.

· Document all results in batch inspection report (included with shipment).

· Package and ship with full traceability.

What We Don't Do

· Not ISO/FDA Certified: We are not ISO 9001 or FDA-certified. You are responsible for final QA and compliance validation.

· Not for Extreme Conditions: ABS-like resin is not suitable for continuous temperatures >60°C or prolonged UV exposure.

· Post-Processing Limits: We provide cleaning and packaging only. For sanding, painting, assembly, or specialty finishing, we can refer local partners.

· Batch Variations: Slight color variations may occur between batches due to resin aging and environmental factors.

· Your Final Responsibility: While we verify to your specs, you are responsible for final acceptance and any downstream QA/compliance requirements.

Measurement & Tolerances

· Standard Tolerance: ±0.1mm across the build volume (218.88 × 122.88 × 260mm).

· Critical Features: ±0.05mm on holes, mating surfaces, threads, and other high-precision areas.

· Measurement Tools:

o Precision calipers (0.01mm resolution) for external dimensions.

o Pin gauges for small holes and internal features.

o Visual inspection for surface finish and color consistency.

· Documentation: All measurements recorded in inspection report with date, operator, and batch ID.

Frequently asked questions

How do you ensure parts meet my tolerances?
We review your design, calibrate before every run, perform first-article inspection, and sample-verify every batch. All measurements documented in your inspection report.

What if a part fails inspection?
We halt production, investigate the root cause, adjust parameters, and re-print the failed part at no charge. You only pay for parts that pass inspection.

Can you handle tight tolerances like ±0.05mm?
Yes, on critical features. We recommend designing with ±0.1mm as standard and specifying ±0.05mm only where needed to reduce cost and lead time.

Do you provide SPC (Statistical Process Control) or Cpk data?
Not yet. We provide documented inspection reports. For SPC/Cpk, we can discuss custom arrangements after your first order.

FAI adds 1–2 hours; batch verification adds 2–4 hours depending on batch size. Total lead time remains 1–2 weeks for 50–300 pieces.
