· Flexible/Elastomer Applications: ABS-like resin is rigid; not suitable for gaskets, seals, or flexible components (we can source flexible resins on request)

· Food-Contact or Medical Applications: Not FDA/food-safe certified; requires customer validation for regulated uses

· Transparent/Optical Parts: ABS-like resin is opaque; not suitable for lenses or light-transmitting components

· Wall Thickness: Minimum 1.5mm (structural), 2–3mm for threaded/high-stress areas

· Hole Sizing: Design holes 0.1–0.2mm smaller than final size; we can ream or tap if needed

· Support Marks: Expect 0.1–0.2mm raised areas where supports attach; optimize orientation to avoid critical surfaces

· Material Limitations: Not suitable for >60°C, prolonged UV, or flexible applications

Can you print flexible parts?
Not with standard ABS-like resin. We can source flexible resins for gaskets, seals, and dampers; ask in your quote request.

Do you offer post-processing like painting or coating?
